Shipping Policy – Vehiclo Ltd: 

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the next working day.
No orders are shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

A. Large or Exchangeable Items (e.g. turbochargers, pumps):
Shipped via DPD:

  • Next Business Day (24h) for deliveries to DPD Zone 1
  • Two-Day Service (48h) for DPD Zones 2 & 3 (e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands)

B. Small Items (e.g. cartridges, actuators, injectors, gaskets):
Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked – typically 1 business day (mainland UK)
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked – typically 2 business days (including Northern Ireland)

C. International Orders
We ship worldwide. The delivery time and courier service will depend on the destination country and the size/weight of the parcel.

3. Exchange Basis – Return of Old Unit

Many of our items are sold on an exchange basis. After receiving your reconditioned unit, you are required to return your old part. Each parcel includes a QR code on the box. Simply scan the code to access the DPD Return Portal, where you can generate a free return label and drop the item at any DPD Pickup Shop.

Please return your old part using the original packaging wherever possible.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your parcel (DPD or Royal Mail depending on the item).

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Vehiclo Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and file a claim directly with the courier (DPD or Royal Mail).
