TURBOCHARGER WARRANTY TERMS – VEHICLO LTD

Warranty Period:

This product is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the turbocharger proves to be defective during the warranty period, Vehiclo Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit.

Warranty Conditions:

The turbocharger must be installed by a qualified and experienced mechanic.

The engine and oil supply system must be thoroughly cleaned prior to installation.

The oil and filter must be changed at the time of fitting.

The correct grade of oil, as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, must be used.

The air intake system must be free from debris, leaks or blockages.

The engine must be in good condition and not consume excessive oil.

Exclusions – This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, including failure to flush the oil system.

Damage resulting from oil starvation or contamination.

Damage due to foreign objects entering the turbocharger.

Use in motorsport or performance-tuned applications.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or lack of regular servicing.

Any costs related to removal, installation or vehicle recovery.

Turbochargers used without returning the old core (if sold on exchange basis).

Claims Procedure:
To submit a warranty claim:

Contact us via email or our returns portal.

Provide your order number, installation invoice, and a detailed fault description.

The turbocharger must be returned for inspection. A test report will be issued.

If the fault is found to be covered, we will offer a replacement or repair free of charge.

If the claim is rejected, a full report will be provided.

Important Notes:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Vehiclo Ltd is not liable for consequential damages or vehicle downtime.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
