Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or misdescribed products. Only purchases made via our website are eligible. Items must be unused and in original, resellable condition.
Refund Process

Provide the following:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for refund
- Evidence (photos/videos) if applicable
We will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless faulty).
- Shipping fees unless we are at fault.
