What is a core exchange system?

Our core exchange system allows you to either send in your old part first or pay a refundable deposit. If you choose the deposit option, we ship your replacement immediately. Once you return the old part (core), your deposit is fully refunded.

What is a deposit and how does it work?

The deposit is a refundable fee added to encourage return of your old unit (core). You pay for the product + deposit, we ship the part, you return the old one, and once inspected, your deposit is refunded in full within 1–2 working days.

Are all parts remanufactured?

No — only selected parts. The following parts are new: - Turbo cartridges (core only) - Exhaust systems - Turbo actuator controllers - Gasket kits - Brake calipers

Do you provide gaskets or a fitting kit with the turbocharger?

In most cases — yes, a basic fitting kit (gaskets and bolts) is included. If the product image or description mentions it, it will be in the box. Contact us if unsure.

Can you help me find the correct turbocharger for my car?

Yes! The most accurate way is by providing the part number from the turbo’s ID plate. Alternatively, give us your vehicle registration number — we’ll do our best.

Attention! DEPOSIT GBP 100

All turbochargers are sold on EXCHANGE BASIS only. It means we need to get your old/broken unit.
IN ADDITION TO THE PURCHASE PRICE WE CHARGE A CAUTION of GBP 100
Your deposit will be returned within 7 business days, upon receiving the used turbocharger.
You can also send us your used turbocharger in advance thus avoiding the deposit.

The old/broken unit has to be complete and come with electronic actuator and unbroken plugs. Deposit will be refunded in full, if the original part returned is externally undamaged (including the sensor).

The old/broken turbocharger should be returned within 21 days from the transaction and come in secure packaging.

All turbochargers are remanufactured in EU under ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

We don’t sell turbochargers remanufactured in China.

All turbocharges undergo stringent quality control before being released for sale.

The turbocharger has a two-year warranty with no mileage limit.
