The deposit is a refundable fee added to encourage return of your old unit (core). You pay for the product + deposit, we ship the part, you return the old one, and once inspected, your deposit is refunded in full within 1–2 working days.

These are professionally remanufactured. Deposit is refunded after receiving the old unit in acceptable condition.
No — only selected parts. The following parts are new:
- DPD Next Day for larger parcels - Royal Mail 24 for smaller items

Core Returns (Old Part Returns)
Return instructions are included with every eligible order. Repackage the old part, use the provided return label, and we’ll process the return after inspection.
For Northern Ireland: Use the Royal Mail Returns Portal. Package the part securely, attach the label, and drop it off — done!
Ideally, within 21 days, but we accept returns up to 6 months if the part is complete and in acceptable condition. The sooner you return it, the sooner you get your deposit back.
Product Support & Compatibility
Yes! The most accurate way is by providing the part number from the turbo’s ID plate. Alternatively, give us your vehicle registration number — we’ll do our best.
In most cases — yes, a basic fitting kit (gaskets and bolts) is included. If the product image or description mentions it, it will be in the box. Contact us if unsure.

- Turbochargers: 2-year warranty - All other parts: 1-year warranty
Return the part for inspection. If it’s a manufacturing or refurbishment defect, we send a replacement free of charge. Issues caused by improper installation or vehicle faults may not be covered, but we always aim to find a fair solution.
Yes: - Warranty card (attached to invoice) must be filled out and stamped by the installer - Installation must be by a qualified professional
